The CSDNB MIS Department is dedicated to providing the best customer service.

Here you can ask us questions by creating new tickets. Tickets can be created by emailing helpdesk@csdnb.org, calling 860-832-4692, or by logging into the portal. Please login first using your school network username and password.

By logging in to the helpdesk you can:

  • create new tickets,
  • get the status of your existing tickets as they are answered by our staff,
  • add comments and answer our questions,
  • confirm the ticket is resolved and rate your service on the ticket.
