Google Chrome Browser: Deleting a Cookie
If you are having a technical issue with a specific website on your Google Chrome web browser, you may just need to delete the site’s cookie. To do so, follow the steps below.
- Go to Settings>Privacy and security>Cookies and other site data (1st image, below)>See all site data and permissions (2nd image)
- On the All sites page, type an appropriate keyword into the search field (such as eval for T-Eval, navigate for Navigate360, power for PowerSchool, etc), to search for the cookie you wish to delete
- In the results area beneath the search field, click the little trash can on the far right of the line that shows your results (for example, the line with “www.t-eval.com” in the 3rd image, below)
- Close your browser and then reopen it
