Help Desk Ticketing: Creating a Help Ticket
To create a help ticket:
- Go to https://helpdesk.csdnb.org
- Click the new ticket link (circled in the first image, below)
- On the following screen, enter your district email address, password, and then click the Sign In button (circled in the second image, below)
- On the following screen, click the applicable ticket type (see the third image, below)
- On the following screen, fill out the required fields (marked with an asterisk) as well any other applicable fields, and then
- click the Create button (circled in the fourth image, below)
