Student Tech Help Tickets are a separate system within PowerSchool. It is used for reporting both student device issues as well as student account issues. The system allows information to be automatically connected for the student saving you back and forth for basic information. It also provides access to the ongoing ticket to admins, teachers, parents and students. Here is how to create a student tech ticket within PowerSchool. Use the PowerSchool ticketing system to report student device and student account issues. Tickets can be created from admin, teacher, student, and guardian portals.
