PowerTeacher: Report Card Verification Directions

Directions for Verifying Standards and Traditional Grades into PowerTeacher Pro for Report Cards

Verify Grades

1. Click Verify Grades on the PowerTeacher start page 
2. Click appropriate Report Card Trimester Verify icon
3. Confirm comments are correct (and traditional grades if applicable)
4. If you have standards to be graded, scroll down and you will see them listed along with a column for how many students have been graded and a column for how many students are enrolled in the section. Click the review section link to view detailed standards scores. 
5. Click the checkbox to verify the grades and comments are correct.
6. Click Submit
7. If any changes need to be made, edit the date and click submit
