PowerSchool: Creating Student Tech Help Tickets in PowerSchool, PowerTeacher and Parent Portal

You can find the Student Tech Help Request form in the following three locations:

  • In PowerSchool SIS, by clicking the Student Tech Help link in the navigation menu of any student page and then clicking the Create New Support Ticket button (see 1st image, below) 
  • In PowerTeacher, in Roster Pages>Student Forms, in the Select screens drop-down menu (see 2nd image, below)
  • In the PowerSchool Student/Parent Portal, under Forms (see 3rd image, below).
