PowerSchool: Creating Student Tech Help Tickets in PowerSchool EUI, PowerTeacher and Parent Portal

The Student Tech Help Request Form can be found in the three locations listed below. *You can add any of these pages to your Favorites menu by clicking the star icon.

You can find the Student Tech Help Request form in the following three locations:

1. In PowerSchool EUI ADMIN , find the student then by clicking Student Profile in the navigation menu under More and then clicking the Student Tech Forms. Click on Create New Support Ticket+ button (see 1st and 2nd image, below)

2. In PowerTeacher, in Roster Pages>Student Forms, in the Select screens drop-down menu

3.  In the PowerSchool Student/Parent Portal, under Forms
