PowerSchool Reports
1. Emergency Student Information Cards
Print Rotary Card report from PowerSchool
- Select All students in your school
- Click on Special Functions and select Print Reports
- Select “Rotary Card (Avery 5385) with bussing info and contacts” report.
- Click on Submit
- Once the report is completed (report queue) right-click on the View link>Save As> save it as PDF on your flash drive. Add today’s date the file name to indicate when the data was saved.
2. Master roster of classes or activity centers
Run the Class Roster (PDF) report from PowerSchool
- Navigate to the System Reports page.
- Click Class Rosters (PDF).
- If you haven’t printed this report in the past it will need to be set up (one time per user)
- Use the following settings (enter the text into Heading text and roster columns or copy the text below the image and past it into the heading and roster columns fields)

Number of students - ~(No_of_students)
~(teachername)
~([4]Course_Number) - ~([Sections]Room)

- Select All teachers>Leave the Meeting days/period unchecked/Include students who are currently enrolled in class/Print Heading on First page of every class
- Please see the rest of the settings on the screenshot below
- Click Submit
- Once the report is completed – right click View link, select Save As and save this report to your flash drive
3. List of students requiring special assistance
Please check with your school nurse first and see if she has a report that should be places in the Emergency Reference Kit. If she does not – you can print the Student Alert List report from PowerSchool.
- Navigate to PSCB DEV Reports (left navigation pane)
- Select Misc link from the Report Category
- Select Student Alerts List
- Select Medical for the Alert type
- Click on Submit
- Once the data is displayed, click on PDF and save the file to your flash drive
