PowerSchool Admin: Add co-teacher to a class

How to add a co-teacher for a section in PowerSchool.

Make sure you are logged in to your school.

  1. Click on School under Setup
  2. Select Sections link under Scheduling (scroll all the way to the bottom)
  3. Enter Course number to filter the list of courses in the left navigation section
  4. Click on the Section # you want to edit (add co-teacher)

5. Scroll down to “Teachers/Staff – Additional” section and click the Add button

6. Select the Co-teacher from the drop down list, set the role to Co-teacher

7. Submit
