AUP test directions for Internet Access

1. Go to Clever and login using your district Google Account

2. Click the PowerSchool Icon under District Resources - Classroom Platforms

3. If you receive the following popup click OK

4. Click on the blue link titled *Acceptable Use Policy Video and Quiz*

5. Listen or read along to the ten slides.

6. A quiz appears shortly after the video finishes. (Or five minutes after the last time the page was loaded) If a student reloads the page, it restarts the timer, so they must be patient and wait or they will never see the quiz appear.

7. Complete the 10 questions.

8. Some have combined answers.

9. When an incorrect answer is entered it goes back to the beginning of the test, click the Back button  

10. At the end of the test click submit, if submit is not clicked the responses will not be recorded and the student will not get internet access.

11. You should get a statement of congratulations, you passed the test

12.  It will take 24 hours before the account is working with full internet access.

13.  Once the account has been updated the link to the quiz changes to read “AUP Quiz Taken and Passed”

 14. Teachers can view AUP Progress through the roster reports section in PowerTeacher. Click the Clipboard Icon on the home page and select AUP compliance. AUP results sync at night.
