The Standards Based Elementary Report Card can be processed in Arabic, Polish, Spanish, and Ukrainian. To process the report card for a group of students in your school, do the following in PowerSchool Admin:

1. On the main page of PowerSchool Admin, used the stored selections to choose all the students in your school by clicking on the desired Language.

2. Once the students are selected, Navigate to the MBA Plugin > MBA Report Creator section on the left side menu. Choose “Run Reports”

3. In the Generate Reports Section (top) Choose the Report Card, desired language and make sure the student selection says “Current Selection”. Click “Generate Reports” Button and new tab will open up.

4. Once the report fully processes, Click the “Prepare for Duplex Print”  button. You have a couple choices on what to do with the document:
Click the Archive Reports Button and then Confirm Button to save a file for parents and teachers to access at any time. Click the “Print” button if you are trying to create a paper document without saving a copy.
